On AI
AI as a tool, not a pitch.
I use AI every day to research, prototype, write code, and test. It lets one experienced person deliver work that used to require a larger team.
But AI is only part of the work. I personally review every decision about architecture, data, security, and user experience, and I only add AI features to your product when they solve a real problem and people can check the results.
